AI is everywhere — but where does it actually fit in your day-to-day work?

This 60-minute hands-on session invites you to move forward in your AI adoption journey by intentionally designing how AI fits into your real work. Instead of focusing on tools first, we’ll focus on your workflow.

Together, we will:

  • Break down a real workflow into concrete tasks
  • Examine task characteristics (stakes, variability, human judgment, coordination)
  • Use the Automation Fit Matrix to decide what to automate, augment, assist, or keep human-led
  • Discuss real trade-offs and tensions

You’ll leave with a completed Workflow Map — a practical decision-making tool to help you integrate AI intentionally.

No technical background required. Especially relevant for staff in operational, administrative, and coordination-heavy roles.

Come build clarity around where AI truly supports your work — and where it shouldn’t.
