Overview
On January 29, 2026, the Stanford Accelerator for Learning and ETS convened a select group of education, research, technology, and policy leaders to advance the science and practice of socially responsible assessment in the age of artificial intelligence. Through curated discussions, fireside chats, and collaborative sessions, participants explored the opportunities and challenges presented by AI, reimagining how assessment systems can support equity, innovation, and continuous improvement across K–12, higher education, workforce, and research.
The convening aimed to catalyze multi-sector partnerships, elevate the latest thinking, and set a shared agenda for building trust and responsibility into future assessment. All sessions were recorded and are available to view below.
