Overview
AI is increasingly present in young people’s lives, from classrooms to social platforms and conversational tools.
This rapid integration presents both tremendous opportunities and significant risks. Many have raised concerns around AI’s effect on mental health, exposure to bias or harm, and the erosion of authentic human relationships.
The Stanford Accelerator for Learning, with support from Google, is hosting a focused, cross-industry convening on Responsible AI and Youth Well-Being. This meeting will bring together leading experts, researchers, and industry practitioners to explore the distinctions between general-use chatbots and more specialized mental health chatbots, and how we can build better experiences for youth mental health and well-being.
This event is by invitation only.
